The School
Full Circle Synergy School of T’ai Chi Ch’uan, officially opened its studio at 500 Forest Ave. in Portland, Maine in September 1998, after a complete renovation.The studio is open and welcoming. It is approximately 3000 square feet, divided into three studios, two locker rooms, and two bathrooms with showers.Each studio has high ceilings, windows, hardwood floors and plants. The floors are suspended above the concrete to provide spring and softness. There are floor mats and gymnastics pads, and a boxing bag for martial training. In addition, the studios have Mylar mirrors that can be moved to suit the needs of the class and space.The primary entrance to the studio is from the parking lot off Noyes Street. Students can leave their jackets and street shoes in the entryway. There is also the front entrance on Forest Avenue.

Location
Full Circle Synergy is located at 500 Forest Ave, in Portland, Maine. If you are heading north on Forest Avenue, away from downtown Portland, the school is one half mile north of I-295, on your left, just prior to the Mobil Station and the Great Lost Bear. Parking is available in the parking lot behind the school off Noyes Street, which has three reserved spaces during the day. After 5:00 p.m., the entire parking lot is available for FCS students. In addition, parking is available on the streets around the school.

Our back entrance is clearly marked. Please leave your street shoes in the entryway before entering the studio.

NOTE: Noyes Street is ONE WAY from Brighton Ave. to Forest Ave.
